National Book Writing Fest 2024-25 - Terms & Conditions

Your participation in the National Book Writing Fest 2024-25, India, is governed by the following terms and conditions:

For Colleges

1. Eligibility

  • Colleges must have a minimum of 50 published authors to qualify for National Recognition.

2. Tie-Breaking Mechanism

  • In the event of a tie, the college that reaches the required number of published authors first will be ranked higher.

3. Rankings

  • Rankings are based solely on the number of published authors, with no consideration for external factors such as college size or location.
  • Rankings are updated in real-time and are publicly visible on the National Book Writing Fest platform.

4. Data Privacy

  • Colleges’ data will remain confidential, with only aggregate details (such as total authors and rankings) being displayed publicly.

5. Disqualification

  • Colleges found violating guidelines, submitting fraudulent entries, or engaging in misconduct may be disqualified.
  • Disqualifications are permanent and may only be revoked at BriPublish' sole discretion.

For Students

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Only books registered for the National Book Writing Fest 2024-25 and submitted within the official timelines are eligible for awards, recognitions, and prizes.
  • Existing authors will receive notifications for enrollment. BriPublish is not responsible for missed deadlines due to unreceived notifications.

2. Jury Decisions & Award Qualification

  • Jury awards, results, and selections are final and cannot be challenged.
  • BriPublish reserves the right to appoint juries, set criteria, and enforce result metrics.
  • Books with at least one author copy purchased qualify for Jury Choice Awards.

3. Recognition & Awards

  • All the Top authors from Jury League, Best seller League and others will be given the awards and recognition mentioned on the website.

4. Disqualification

  • Authors found violating guidelines, submitting fraudulent entries, or engaging in misconduct (e.g. abuse, hate speech, threats, religious offense, or plagiarism) may be disqualified.
  • Disqualifications are permanent and may only be revoked at BriPublish' sole discretion.
  • Disqualification results in the loss of platform rights and content privileges.

5. Supplemental Agreements

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with other BriPublish agreements, including:
